Rich and I want to give a big hurrah to Brenda and the crew for giving Jackie and Mike their dream come true. Everything was spectacular! We could not have asked for anything better. From all your help and wonderful ideas and making things happen, to Natalie for keeping us all on track, making everything look beautiful, making sure everything was to our liking, to the bartenders, the chefs, the wait staff and anyone else I forgot. We will definitely spread the word on what a wonderful place and wonderful people you all are. Everyone we talk to that was at the wedding said they had such a great time and said the food was amazing and the venue was gorgeous.
We can not say enough on how thankful we are.

Thank you for a wonderful evening. The retirement party was a great success. The food was fabulous, the room was set up perfectly and the bartenders and wait staff were all very friendly and professional. We couldn’t have imagined the night going any better. We are very pleased and look forward to booking another event with you in the future.

I wanted to reach out to Brenda and let her know that the reunion was quite a success and we all had a really good time. The room turned out beautifully and the food was absolutely delicious! Everyone was very happy and thought it was the perfect venue to have our event. Your staff was great!

We had our wedding reception at the Hadley Farms Meeting House on November 26, 2016. We were so pleased with the entire execution and customer service we received. Brenda, Natalie and their teams were wonderful to work with and they were very responsive and accommodating to our questions and requests.
Many of our guests raved about the space, food and the service they got from the wait staff at the reception. The space was perfect for our 200 person wedding and having the hotel right next door was perfect for our many overnight guests.
Together with the Hadley Farms Meeting House and our other vendors, we really did have the perfect reception. Thank you for all of your hard work!

Thank you, thank you, thank you, for all your help in making yesterday’s agency conference happen! You were so accommodating of all of out last-minute changes and special needs, like the quick flip on the Quabbin, and your staff at the event was so helpful! They were so well-organized, I almost didn’t need to be there at all. Also, please tell Natalie, Terry and Nicole that I found my coffee mug – it was in my car the whole time!
Anyway thank you again for all your help. It was a pleasure working with you, and I got lots of compliments on choosing such a beautiful venue.

Kudos to the Hadley Farms Meeting House! I coordinated a large National Conference American Sign Language interpreters that we held at the Hadley Farms Meeting House, and we also booked rooms at the Hampton Inn and the Comfort Inn both owned by the same company in Hadley. The experience was a hundred percent positive! From the catering staff, to Brenda Lee our conference liaison to the hotel staff. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate our needs period and we were a tough group! We had a lot of food restrictions and requirements and a lot of shuffling of hotel rooms etc. But the staff were always friendly and always accommodating. Brenda Lee is incredibly knowledgeable and a wonderful resource. She knows the community inside and out and was able to meet every single one of our needs. And even with the most detailed advanced planning there’s always last-minute needs to come up on site, and she and her staff went out of their way to meet those needs too. Some of the staff even picked up American Sign Language so that they could communicate with our Deaf attendees. They were so friendly and open and accommodating. It made our conference the best conference I’ve ever been involved with. And I have coordinated a lot of workshops trainings and conferences over the last 20 years. The Hadley Farms Meeting House, along with the Hampton Inn, and Comfort Inn were the best facilities I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I would highly recommend this organization, and especially Brenda Lee, to anyone for any event, whether it be a conference or a wedding or anything in between. Cat B. Dvar, Esq. Connecticut Valley Mineral Show “Everyone of the Vendor’s Loved our Facility” “Staff was Superior and very accommodating to all their needs” “Crowd broke records for attendance then any other year” ” Vendors sold a lot of inventory with no worries or concerns and were thrilled with the outcome and want to come back here next year” Bob will be meeting with the board to approve for next year.

We had a great meeting. I cannot stress enough how helpful and professional everyone I met was. I feel terrible that I can’t remember the name of the woman who was there on Friday, but she was great – always seemed to be right there when we needed her. The food was excellent and plentiful, and the facility itself was perfect for our meeting. Many attendees made a point of commenting to me how much they liked the hall. I’m new to my position in our organization and this was the first of these meetings that I’ve organized, so having such a functional venue really won me some trust and kudos among our members. You have also been very easy and enjoyable to work with. I will certainly plan to hold this meeting there again next year, and will keep you in mind for any other events. Thanks for everything
